I got hired full time!!! I start on the 30th with benefits and everything! I'll be working the 9-6 shift, M-F. It will definitely help our situation. My lead city is Denver too, so I'm happy about that. I thought for sure it would be Portland or SLC, the earlier shift would have come with either of those cities, but I'm cool with 9-6.

My husband had lunch with his boss (who laid him off a couple of weeks ago) and he will hire him back at a reduced salary. I think he's gonna go for it and probably start back up on the 30th too. He will get a company vehicle back, so we can give our son his truck back. Although this has been a challenging situation for us, I think we have really pulled together as a family. I am so thankful for that and know that we can pull through this. It has definitely opened our eyes, and we realize that we need to continue squeezing the money belt. This economy sucks and we aren't getting any younger. Knowing that it can all be pulled out from under us, it's best that we try to get rid of some debts and live more within our means.

PS. Feeling a bit better, but haven't climbed any stairs. I haven't done any cardio for that matter, but I plan to get back on track tomorrow. Thanks for all the well wishes!
