Today starts a new day for me Mr couch potato I will see you only 1 hour a day,

Mr computer chair I need to visit you just a little longer then Mr couch potato, but will keep you at a minimum of three hours a day.

As for Ms Idont Feellikeit You are getting a kick in the butt and shown the door for outside walking with Mr brutus the dog, you will be meeting Mr treadmill in the afternoon for a 40 minute walk, and you will meet ms videotape for strength training. I will feel stronger, better, and healthier with these new friends. Goodbye.

I saw your title and had to take a look. Your blog was so cute and hit home. It encourages me to kick Ms Can't Help It, Mrs. Computer lounge chair, and Mr. Recliner out the door too.

Great blog. Sometimes it is so hard to say goodbye to things we have become used to. But hey, when you are on a mission you have to move on to better things. The little changes can make a big difference. emoticon

That MsIDon'tFeelLike is a persistent one isn't she. Too funny. Ya got anyone else left in there? When you are done where you 'live' I need some help kicking some of their cousins around at my place.
