Back to Good Habits!

I finally made it into the gym this week. I walked for 15 minutes and biked for 15 minutes. I feel like I had been kickboxing for an hour LOL! I must be really out of shape, or the baby is really getting to me. I also did two hours of bellydance that evening. Oh, and I bellydanced for 1.5 hours yesterday. I plan on hitting the gym at least twice more this week to get myself back on track.

Good news is that I think I'm over the morning sickness. I have not been sick for 12 days, and that is quite the track record. I'm also drinking more water and cutting back on sweets. I still have to work on the sweets part, and getting more veggies into my diet. Since I have the energy, I'm also going to start cooking at home more. It's so nice to have my energy back!
