Hampton Roads, VA is pretty much under water. All of the tunnels are closed b/c of the high tides. Expecting more rain than Hurricane Isabel. Winds will be at least 60 mph. I'm so thankful that everyone is safe. We did loose our ducks in the pond. Please pray for us the HE will continue to keep us from hurt, harm,and danger.
