The Hampton Roads, VA area is under water right ow. All of the tunnels are closed. No coming in or going out. The water level will be as high as Hurricane Isabel. Thank God the winds will reach only about 60 m/ph. I am thankful that all is well in my home. The kids have been out for 3 days. Ther has not been any reports of deaths or injuries. Thank You Lord.
