Looking at pictures of women with "smokin' hot" abs, "killer" legs and perfect, B-cup boobs does not inspire me to lose weight. Instead it depresses me. It makes me feel as if I'm hoping for and working towards the impossible. I prefer to focus on what I'm moving away from, and where I don't ever want to be...again!
So what does five pounds of fat look like? I found this picture on the internet (obviously that is not me holding the replica of fat):

The picture below is of an omentum (fatty tissue in the stomach....basically where some of the fat builds up in your body). Dr. Oz is holding the fatty omentum of someone who was 30-40 pounds overweight and died of heart disease!
This is rather disturbing to me. Despite having lost over 50 pounds, I still have almost 30 to go...and I could afford to even lose another 10-20 after that! So what does my omentum look like?
Now this is a motivational picture that I should post on my refrigerator and my pantry!
