Well, since starting over a month ago, I have done pretty well. I am down five pounds and have been working out again regularly and watching my calorie intake. I am frustrated right now because I have developed tendonitis in my elbow which is slowing me down in my exercise routine. It seems like no matter what exercise you do, it requires arm movement. So, no more swimming or aerobics (I tried that this morning and didn't work so well without the arm movements) for me. Now I am struggling trying to come up with some way to move my body and keep my arm stable until it heals (hopefully in a few weeks) and I can start exercising again.
Why oh why does it seem like my body fights me every time I try to do something good for it? I mean SERIOUSLY!!
