I need some MOTIVATION!!

I need some motivation!! I am pretty good about getting my workouts in and don't eat "terribly" bad but just can't seem to get that scale to budge. I thought maybe if I start writing, it would help me. I know that my b-c meds aren't helping but I figured by now I'd be used to them and would start losing again! If anyone has some good suggestions, I'm open to ideas! Please help!!

    Ok, so its been two weeks since I last wrote on here. Been watching the "Biggest Loser" and that has helped with the motivation. I am re-reading the Secret also to increase my positive thinking. I know I can reach my goal and start dropping the weight. Just need to retrain myself especially my thoughts.
    Had two great cardio days Monday and Tuesday this week and an awesome leg workout today. Am also playing soccer on Friday nights so that's helping too.
