Relaxing day !

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Yesterday was a day of rest with lots of office work.. Though not in a single stretch, on the whole I got about 8.5 hours of sleep after a long time. Thanks to the rain and cooler weather, I was able to work from home and save up on that commutation time.. But the disadvantage is that I took only few opportunities to keep myself moving.. Yes, I was there in the couch most of the time working and sleeping.. Anyways I don't regret for it now.. I am glad I was able to catch up atleast a bit on my sleep. Without it I was beginning to feel exhausted most of the time..

Today is a new day.. we had a team lunch at work and I did enjoy the food.. Had a dessert too... But I am going to watch what I will put into my mouth the rest of the day.. My body is craving fruits and veggies now that I had my share of non-veg and starch.. I hope I will be able to stay on track today...
