Fun day

This is going to be short ...
I had a good day
ran for 30 minutes of course I did warm up for 5 minutes and cooled down for 5, did stretching exercise and weight training too...
ate pretty good...did have a bit of a popcorn ball, bought 1 and split it 5 ways..it's all I really needed was a taste...
I also went dancing with work...it's fun and about 90 minutes of exercise....

I have nothing to complain about....hoping the rest of the week goes as well.

hope you all are planning your Thanksgiving strategy...I'll be posting mine in about a week.

I see SP has some revised recipes to help lower the calories, I'm going to try a few...
