Glad Tom is gone for the month.

Well glad tom has left me for the month. I gained 1.6 pounds last week. Not happy because I am back up again. I want to get back down to the 245.6 again. I know I will just have to keep working at it. To find the right mix of food and exercise even when tom is here. I am still working hard on losing the weigh. I did not put the weigh on over night. This is the hardest time for me because I love Thanksgiving and Xmas. I am working on plans to conquer each this year. I will not deprive myself but I will not overeat either.

New goals for November:
Lose 3-5 pounds.
Keep walking 3-4 miles fives times a week.
Find the strength to strength train.

Good that you have a plan for the holidays in mind - and manageable goals. I know there will be temptations ahead for me too. I'll be visiting friends for Thanksgiving and I know they are not the healthiest eaters.

Wish I could send you a jar of determination :) - start with just 5 minutes a day?
