Well with my monthly visitor here last week I gained 1.6 pounds but I am determined to work it off this week. I have been exercising every day since Saturday of last week. I did some yardwork on Saturday. Sunday did cleaning and yesterday went for a three mile walk. Today did another four miles at the mall. Need to get back to strength training. Just do not have the motivation for that yet. Thinking about it just have not hit the weights. I did get a new walk away the pounds dvd to do.

Might try that one tomorrow afternoon.

Reseting goals for November:
Lose 3-5 pounds by the end of the month.
Keep walking 3-4 miles a day at the mall.
Find the determination to strength train.


Shrinking
Shannon moving back towards 245 since tom is gone.
