    It's tough to do most new dvd's when you first get them, it takes a while to learn the steps,etc. You will get stronger and it will get easier, it will take a while. Don't get discouraged!
I'm in my late 40's, if I can do the FIRM workouts then you can do the Jullian ones(never did one of hers, but the FIRM is tough).
We're a couple of Tough Broads! LOL! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

    It's good you gave it a good try. I think you should stick with it a little longer, and just use the modified positions. You can do it.

    Aw! At least you finished it today though! That is definitely an accomplishment in itself. The 1st day is SOOOOOO hard. It's okay that you wont do it everyday, but I am going to say this.. they have some 50+ people on the BL show that have to put up Jillian everyday for a few months! LOL. Getting it in 2 times a week is better than nothing. =) Its great to have a high intensity workout every so often.
I feel you on that bra thing, I have to wear 2 sports bras just to do the jumping jacks. UGH!
I am so proud of you for trying it AND finishing it! You did GREAT!
Keep up the great work and keep me updated on your other workout dvd too!

    ok Im going to fix this lol.. You can speak life and death into people/situations. So let me say this. It wouldn't have killed me, I won't claim that. I AM only as old as I feel. (and yes I feel everyday as old as I am) and add an extra 15 yrs because of my weight now. So until I start feeling my 44 and not 59 I will not be able to do this everyday LOL. BUT and I truely meant this.. WHEN I lose this extra 80 lbs, I will claim that I can and will do this for 30 day's. A promise to myself. SO HOLD ME TO IT GIRLS! Bye for now..
