17 days and down another half pound...

Monday, November 09, 2009

Back to 121 today - so that fried turkey wing didn't do much harm yesterday!

We now have 17 days to Thanksgiving and company coming! So why am I sitting here typing at my computer??

Why not?

17 days, are you ready?

I eat whatever I feel like on Thanksgiving Day and don't feel guilty. The next day, I get right back on track. I've done this for 4 years and never showed a gain after a week of staying on track. (I don't weigh myself until the next Monday). It works well for me.

I may just stay home this year. Not sure I want to go anywhere.

I have a feeling Thanksgiving might be a problem (food wise) to many SP members - good job we don't celebrate it!!

Yep, it's coming! And it's gonna be fun to plan a Thanksgiving meal that is healthier and still satisfies the hunger for the traditional!
