Well, since I was out of town at a conference this week, and I had to eat out most of the week, AND I couldn't go to my gym, all that considering, a half pound gain is not horrible. I seem to have way too much going on right now, so again, I need to refocus. I have workouts scheduled for Monday and Wednesday this week, so that will get me back on track with the trainer this week. I am planning to do cardio 3x also.
Work kind of got to me the other day. A lot on my plate, but if I can stick it out for a while, I think I can at least make it to my vacation plans for the week of Thanksgiving. 16 days and counting.....maybe I will do a daily blog countdown to keep me sane for the next two weeks. I have been looking forward to this for a very LONG time. It will be my first significant break since last year at Christmas time. That is WAY too long to not have a good break from work.
Anyway, the reason for my lateness of my blog is that I had a very bad computer virus, but thanks to my BFF geek source, I managed to finally get it back up and running. My mother told me to look around and see if there is another computer out there that I might replace this one with. Hmmmmmmmmmmm....birthday is in December sooooo..... :-) I will definitely look into it considering this machine has been rebuilt 4 times and is around 6 years old. I think the time has come!
Wish me luck for a good week this week. I am going to work tomorrow, then the gym, then the grocery store for supplies. I have really managed to get my kitchen down to practically nothing. Starting fresh. I am going to make a big push the next 6 weeks or so to finish 2009 strong!
