For the impending holiday season I joined a Biggest Loser Style challenge with The 20-somethings with 50-99 to Lose Team to help keep me on track and to push me off of the current plateau I am riding.
My goal in joining SparkPeople is to lose pounds and inches and gain some physical stamina back, and I am well on my way to doing those things. However, my program hit a slump, so this challenge is going to help me re-energize my offensive. I am not looking forward to weighing in on a weekly basis, but I haven't been weighing in consistently on my own. In addition to moving the scales and clothing size, I am counting on the support to keep my good through the holidays with the extra food and travel that throws a wrench into my regimen.
