Walking alone

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT TO SAY TODAY. I am not walking unless I can find a walking partner. Most people do not want to spend the time. I have to stop needing others to get me going. this is especially true because I do not want to pay them. So today I will get my walk in by myself. I can do it.

    Haha, love the photo with the post. I prefer walking alone, but it is nice to have the company sometimes.

    When I walk by my self it gives me time to think and enjoy the weather. I know that sometimes it is hard but I think about how I much better I will feel and how much healthier I will be for doing this.

    If that little cat can walk all by herself in front of all those dogs - you can at least walk without a walking partner. You can do it too! emoticon

    I have learned to love walking by myself. It's a great time for just me to think or listen to music...Enjoy yourself Maria!

    Of course you can do it! Bring an ipod, mp3, radio, cd player. Something to listen to and you can forget about needing companionship. I pick a good track for my ipod and just jam along on my way! I hope this helps! Keep trying don't give up.
