I made my cardio goal for the week

I didn't think I could do it as I was too far off and did nothing last Sunday, but I made it. I made my cardio goal for the week. Today we went on several walks to see some more of Hamilton's waterfalls (3 more down out of 126). When I got home I was a bit short, so I took the dog for a walk too.

Dinner with family at Montanas.. had the wonderful Salmon with veggies.. no rice.. but did enjoy a corn muffin which I probably should not have had, but I did well otherwise.

My nephew told me he puts peanut butter in his oatmeal. I was skeptical.. but this morning OH My Goodness.. it was wonderful and it kept me full all morning long, which just the oatmeal doesn't usually work. I'll have to pick up some natural peanut butter cuz that's a keeper.
