I was able to pick up a used computer for one of my sons today. The other one already has one. It was a pretty good deal for sure. I just had to pick up the wireless network plug in he needed to connect with our wireless router, and he's good to go.
Now back to ME... My weight loss is coming along splendidly. Even though I am eating what I want, when I want, I am finding during my tracking that I'm still staying within my caloric limits even without trying. This is really what I wanted to know.
When I don't exercise, I should be eating in the 1600-1800 caloric range. When I add exercise, I need to be adding in more food to compensate. What I did before was NOT add back in the food and I was at a standstill. I guess because I didn't eat back the calories I burned (thus keeping me still in the 1600-1800 range), my body must have thought it was starving itself and I was at that plateau.
SO - the end result to date seems to be - eat healthy, eat when I'm hungry, and when I exercise, eat a little extra - generally this would be the perfect time for an after workout shake/smoothie - it just has to be in addition to whatever I normally eat.
