Hi, my name is Sarah and have been with SP for 1 and half years now. Now I just wanna say that I love SP and found it immensely helpful (it helped me lose 60 lbs in just over a year) but I have trouble keeping motivated and often seem to slip up. I have recently just finished a Msc and started a new job so for the last 6 months (I am so ashamed to say this), I have not really been using SP and have a bit of the weight back on! I went from 15 stone to 11 stone and now am around 12-13 (but to be honest I don't know to well the exact weight because I'm too afraid to weigh myself). I want to get back into to things - eat healthily, go to the gym, etc. I did feel a lot better when I was in the swing of things because I felt fitter and stronger but recently have felt blobby and kind of weak. I want to get back to before but I don't how. You would think that I should know how to do his but I seem a bit lost now and my motivation has gone. When I was doing my masters I was too busy to exercise and thought that would soon change but now I have to travel 1 and half / 2 hours each way to work because I'm currently commuting from my parents place since my job is only temporary and quite yet move back to London til I have a more job security and can get the guarantee that I can pay the bills unassisted.
I got to get back into the game but am finding it hard. Anyhow, hopefully I will be back working out, eating really well and start posting again.
