What are the top 4 risks found in Marriage and Personal Goals?
Today, as my husband leaves for a day at the workshop assisting our local theatre group, he is loaded down with Halloween candy from the 30o children who did NOT show up.
For Merv, it would be a simple exercise to leave the candies in the house. He is naturally thin, although the 40's are slowly widening his once 32" waist. The candies are a problem for me. They call to me from their dark recesses of the cupboards and shelves...Eat Meeee! So they have to be removed.
I think that the number 1 risk must be 'support'. Without support, health and nutrition goals can be undermined, sabotage and ultimately result in failure to meet personal goals. So my husband will begin a new phase of nutrition, suffering with rice cakes and apples, all in support to help me gain back 'my groove'. And Support comes in many forms, not just removing temptation, but in serving smaller portions when its his turn to cook, and making better choices on the type of cooking he does.
What are your thoughts on the other 3 risks?
Cheers,
Lorraine
