So after much delay I am here again and have watched the scale creep up to a number I am not comfortable with. I do not have kids and really have no reason to not be in the best shape of my life. So I have done some thinking on how I got here and realized I do not have a set schedule as I once did when I worked in a office now that I work from home - I can go into that fridge any time I feel like it and over it or just eat the wrong foods and 1 healthy meal a day doesn't really work out too well. I guess I am giving mixed messages. I don't really like anything appearance wise about me so I am making so life changing changes. I am coming up with a schedule and routine and holding my self accountable.
So the dog walk no longer counts as my cardio.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be healthy and one will be a salad
On days I am active I will eat 1552 calories
On days I am not working out I will eat 1258
I will eat lean proteins, fats and healthy carbs while balancing each. On the 15th day of every month I will have a cheat night that I can eat whatever I want and then add 20 mins to the gym for the next 3 days. This will not be easy but it will give me the much needed umph to do what I need for me!
