Muffin Top

I have decided that I don't have muffin top anymore - nope, it is much worse - I have the whole darn loaf now!

So what am I going to do about it? Well, I committed to working out after work last night - but I didn't - I was just glad to be home from work after a long hard week - wanted to relax and read instead. So, I did.

But, today is Saturday - I have lots to do - have to clean the house (and that usually takes until 2 or 3 in the afternoon - big house!) - but then I will exercise - today there will be no excuses. After I workout, my reward will be a healthy dinner of pork chops on the grill, salad and some other veggie. But I can't have that yummy dinner until after I exercise!

    Housework is exercise, esp 3 hours worth! It burns calories very efficiently too. So don't forget to add that to your exercise log too. Sparks even calculates calories burned for housework or related items.

    You can exercise while you clean... I know it sounds crazy , right? Well , while you dust above your head, do some stretches, while vacuuming, every time you bring the vacuum back towards you, bend your knees, when you pick something up, lift it over your head a few times before you put it back down, etc. Combining the two can be fun and won't make you feel like you have to do extra after wards. have fun!

    Where do you exercise at? don't skip it! It helps build your immune system and keeps you healthy. :)
