My bad...I need to blog more. It keeps me motivated...I can say that since I've been back at school (work) I have been slacking on exercise. I have weeks where I can exercise everyday then I have weeks where I sit and ponder. Lately, it's been like this for two weeks. I could blame it on allergies and not feeling 100 percent but I think that it's the lack of exercise that is doing me in. I have not gained weight which makes me happy, but my blah mood is getting in the way. So for the next week, I need to make exercise a priority above anything else. I will try to break up smaller cardio sessions; 10 min in the morning, 10 at work and 30 when I get home. I think that it will help me get in all of my recommend exercise for the day and give me a boost.
