Haven't blogged in two weeks?!?!?

My bad...I need to blog more. It keeps me motivated...I can say that since I've been back at school (work) I have been slacking on exercise. I have weeks where I can exercise everyday then I have weeks where I sit and ponder. Lately, it's been like this for two weeks. I could blame it on allergies and not feeling 100 percent but I think that it's the lack of exercise that is doing me in. I have not gained weight which makes me happy, but my blah mood is getting in the way. So for the next week, I need to make exercise a priority above anything else. I will try to break up smaller cardio sessions; 10 min in the morning, 10 at work and 30 when I get home. I think that it will help me get in all of my recommend exercise for the day and give me a boost.

    I haven't blogged for a long time either. My life was turned upside down in June with the accident my son had leaving him brain damaged and I am just now trying to put pieces back together! I enjoyed your blog and hope you are able to keep up the good work. I have started walking daily 2.5 miles not only to exercise but walk my boxer, Ginger! Keeps us both going! Well take care and remember, "we only have today. Tomorrow is really never here!" Roxy

    Good for you! You know what you need to do and you're going to do it. I am like you in the sense that sometimes I exercise everyday and sometimes I just sit and think about it for days. I do know that I feel better when I exercise. You can do this!
