The "SP's Official Holiday Maintenance Challenge" this week is to plan meals ahead for the whole week. This is something I generally do anyway but I thought I'd post it in a blog. I'm trying out a lot of Slow Cooker recipes this week because I go to the gym after work and like to come home and eat, not come home and start doing my prep work. 7:30pm is too late to start prepping dinner.
Sunday: Husband's choice
Monday: Roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots
Tuesday: Slow cooker salsa chicken
Wednesday: Slow cooker BBQ pork ribs
Thursday: Slow cooker creamy Italian chicken
Friday: Frozen pizza
Saturday: Go out for dinner with my husband - date night
