Went shopping for something to wear on a date with my husband. How depressing that was! I am ready to do this. We're grocery shopping today, and It's going to be a totally different experience.

There isn't a lot to say here, YET. I'm not following a plan, other than common sense. If it's sugar-y, I won't eat or drink it. If it's processed, it's off-limits. I'm going to learn to love eating healthfully!
