Woohoo, I'm pleased and about to go walking with my DH...
I'm trying for 7 to 10 of these a day... EIGHT on Friday!
Exercise:
____Get at least 10,000 steps in a day.
__x_Daily walking or indoor tennis.
__x_Strength training 2 times a week core and upper and lower body.
Food:
____Eat 6 small nutritious meals throughout the day and stay within my calorie range.
__x_Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
__x_No chips.
____Learning: I want to learn about supplements and diet related to MS. (I am being watched for this).
__x_SPARK: Log in at least twice a day and have at it
__x_SPARK: 50 pts a day minimum
__x_Get support from friends and family
__x_Laugh a lot
