Oh yes. One size never fits all. I think this is one of the biggest misnomers in the clothing industry.
I've been big for a long time now. Normally it doesn't bother me. I go through my days, completely unaffected by being big. Occasionally I catch an image of myself in a mirror, a window reflection and I'm taken by surprise by how big I am.
So it's time - really time - to do something about it. You see, I've been sick for weeks and weeks now. Actually, months. So many months/weeks that my employer this week had a special meeting with me about it. It didn't turn out precisely how I expected it. It wasn't until I saw their calendar of my absences that I really realised how absent I'd been. Yikes. I was shocked, nearly in tears. And the absences were mostly sick: 29 days off sick since 1 January this year until 30 September. Practically 6 weeks. BLOODY HELL!!!
I realised there and then things had to change. I had an epiphany. I have had a whole stack of blood tests at the lab on Friday morning and I'm awaiting those results. On the 23rd of November I see the Dr for a LONG chat about my long time health. What is most important to me right now is an improvement in my general health.
I am prepared to do what it takes. I seriously am. I've felt so yuck for so long and it can't go on. I don't know if I have an illness, I know i get sick a lot. I get lots of heady viruses, sinus problems, asthma probems. Headaches. Tummy aches. Mostly the heady viruses. So I need to look at all the days I've been sick and figure out what it was at the time and see what kind of schedule they're on.
I want to improve my nutrition. Want to eat better, fresher, bright, nicer food.
Today I don't feel good - felt heady and funny in the chest all day, have been coughing occasionally.
On the plus side: made Darryl a bracelet today using hematite beads, cleaned the cats litter tray (twice). Otherwise I've have done NOTHING.
So onwards and upwards. Right here, right now.
One size Fitless indeed.
my doctor has me try to do 30 minutes of cardio 3x aweek
it definately helps keep the astma attacks down
you can do 10 minutes at a time if it helps you out
that is how i had to start out
you might also need a multivitamn or something
i hope you can to feeling better
