I did it. It might have been in the 11th hour literally but I got my workout in.

Stats
35 minutes - 1.39 miles
Warm up for 5 minutes
Workout - Walk at 2.5 mph and incline intervals, 5 minutes each @ 3% then 0.5% intervals

I need to regroup. My diet isn't going well at all and I got on the scale today to find that I have gained weight. I will figure it out but before I do, it's time for me to visit the casino for some
R & R my way. And when I return home I know I will have to get my workout in unless I decide to visit the gym on the way home - Lord knows I will pass many along the way. I can't relax by not working out so I might as well relax doing my favorite past time activity.
