I know, who wants to read or talk about this, but I have experienced it yesterday after a run and was not impressed. Is there not enough things to keep someone from exercising without this? Well it didn't hurt, it was just red and a bit tender. I should be happy because I think my pants are a bit too loose for running in. I will probably be more aware of it now and try to take precautions against it. Any tips?
