I used to be afraid of the dark

Thursday, November 05, 2009

Iíve written songs in the dark
Iíve felt inspired in the dark
I hide myself in the dark
used to be afraid of the dark
those in the light know we die in the dark
thereís only artificial light
my flaws hide well here
I used to be afraid of cluttered noises
now Iím afraid of silence
fill this space Idle words
Iím scared to death of light and silence
Jesus kill me inside this
raise me up to live again
like you did, like you did.
Now I am mute despite myself
all of them are gone
the silence overtakes me
the idle words forsake me and I am left to face me
Iím held accountable
for every idle word
curse the idle words
Iím scared to death of light and silence
Jesus kill me inside this
Raise me up to live again
like you did, like you did.
glory shows up
exposes us
Iím naked here
forsaken here, by the dark, by the dark, damn the dark
Iím scared to death of light and silence
Jesus kill me in side this
raise me up to live again
like you did
like you did.

Hey Chris.. I refill my bottles DAILY and then open a new one for the next day. It's just easier this way for me, as long as I am home. I would rather drink out of a bottle then a glass, I get more in. (all in my head Im sure haha) But I do throw them away and open a new one.. There are not chemicals in it, what happens it the bottle "breaks down" and then your getting all the YUCK. Just an FYI.

Hope your feeling better today. Love you and miss you bunches.

Love Aunt T

I have not ever heard of that group I am going to go check them out now. What were you thinking about buying that candy trying to boost the economy? (just kidding) I'm glad I was housebound and couldn't get out I might have bought been tempted to by some myself although I don't have a Target within 3 hours drive from here :) I am so sorry you are sick I miss seeing all those weird faces, but you're still just as personable and encouraging even when you don't feel good I don't know how you do it. Great job on the 15+ pounds. Keep up the great job your journey is going great and I am glad you are letting me go alone with you on it. Wow my comment was longer than your blog :)

This is the first video blog of yours I've watched (I suck) and omg you're so cute - you crack me up! I am an NBC Thursday night addict too - if you haven't watched Community you should give it a shot - it's way funnier than I thought it would be. :)

I went to Target yesterday too, but the only 75% off candy they had left was that fakey nasty taffy crap and candy corns - so I left it for everyone else to eat. :)

Great job on the weight loss! Sweet!

I am so grateful that I didn't buy any halloween candy before or afterwards - though 75% off is a great deal and I may want to look into that (not for me, but) for the empty basket on my desk that usually has candy in it (but I typically don't eat it because I don't eat sugar) so everyone can come in and socialize with meeeee :)

Congratulations on the (almost 16) pounds lost! Great job, glad you're here on the journey with us, toooooo!!!!!

Chris my dear, you are looking so much thinner these days!!So I think you and I live parallel lives because.... I'm currently watching the office TOO! I emoticon Jim! He is so sexy!! I have to watch it online since I don't have a tv (weird, I know). Also, guess what I did today...I went to Target! And guess what I bought today? 75% off Halloween candy! No joke! I only bought 1 bag of the Reese's peanut butter cups and only ate one (and counted it). See? parallel lives.

Ok, have a goodnight!
