I need help!

I am on a yo yo cycle weight wise. I went from 136lbs right back up to 143 lbs. ugh!!
I have eating benges sometimes and this time was one of those times.
I went to the gym to get a reprogram with a trainer
and the trainer i had was also my taekwondo instructor
so she weighed me and measured me and it did not look go to me. that's when the scale read 143lbs
she did not get mad at me
. I was mad at myself,
she said instead of getting mad
think of positive goals. I did and i wrote them down
and after i left i was not mad anymore I was depressed
I finished a bowl of curves microwave popcorn, it took my craving for chocolate
away for the meantime.
I have not pre-ordered the spark yet. I know I say i will but then i don't.
yeh, i need alot of help & support.

    Take one day at a time. You can do it!

    Just breathe! Remember that when you are trying to lose weight and going to the gym at the same time, you can put on muscle rather than losing weight (the weight will drop off in time)...don't be too hard on yourself...and hey popcorn is a perfect snack!

    Take it one day at a time. I was in your shoes. Weight loss is about a life style change and you cannot expect immidiate results. Don't give up, keep pushing through. I have been reading Make the Connection by Ophra and Bob Greene and it has inspired me so much! I know the book was made in 1993, but it has good journalling ideas and helps you get the the root of your weight loss problems. If you need anything feel free to send an email or message!

  You can do this! You have taken so many positive steps in the right direction already. I too am very hard on myself. I find if I can let it go, let go of the self worry, self nagging, and just let me be me, then I gain much better control of myself. Good luck and keep doing what your doing. Positive steps!
