I've recently purchased the BL Wii game after reading its reviews on various web pages. I had the opportunity to try it out this week, Tuesday actually, and it was intense. I started off with a 30 minute intermediate workout and although I could do most of the exercises (the push ups not so much) it was really intense, leaving my muscles aching. My muscles are still a little sore today although I must add I ran my normal run yesterday so maybe that also had something to do. I did sweat a lot, soaked afterward. Although, I did notice or believe that the calories burned specified on the game during my exercise were off, more on the low side. Maybe someone with a heart rate monitor can clear this up. But overall I think its pretty good. I like that the exercise are consecutive not like the Wii fit which you have to stop and pick another then stop again. During this workout you'll exercise for the whole 30 minutes except during a few seconds where you are instructed to get a sip of water.
Maybe if someone else has given it a try and can add something I've miss. My take on it is that its pretty good. I'm hoping to see results.
