Walnut Pumpkin Pie

1 deep pie crust
15 oz. can pumpkin
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs all-purpose flour
2 Tbs butter
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix wet ingredients well and turn into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes and remove.
Reduce oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sugar, flour, remaining 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, cut with butter until crumbly.
Stir in walnuts and sprinkle evenly over pie surface.
Bake for additional 40 minutes or until clean knife.

    This looks yummy! I love pumpkin pie and I'm trying to learn to like walnuts, since they are so good for you. This recipe may just do the trick, since the walnuts are mixed in with a lot of other ingredients.
