Current weight: 127 lbs
It has taken me 1.5 months to lose 3 pounds. By now, I should have kicked myself into gear to lose 10 lbs. But what have I done? Oh holy sugar and carbs...how I have gorged myself! So, the only way I know that has worked for me in the past to break these sugar addictions and cleanse my palate...is to fast.
So I shall start a water and juice fast this morning. I am hiding my sodas. I am putting away the coffee pot. I would love to hide the pasta...but my kids aren't fasting so there's no way that's going to work. My goal is a 3 day fast. However, if I can muster the will-power to make it through one whole day and blog about it again tomorrow...I will have succeeded!
My thanks to another member who emailed me about my "coffee reply"...your little note of thanks totally boosted my day! Your support was an inspiration! Thanks for kicking my butt into gear! I believe in holding your friends accountable to what they say they will do...and for me...you did that (also simply by asking about my sparkpage). Thank you soo soo much!!!
