The last 3 days have been very trying, but I want to thank all of you who have been praying and sending words of encouragement. My mom stopped breathing while in the hospital on Monday morning and wound up being put on life support. Tuesday the doctor told us that there was little hope in recovery and she was unresponsive. However the truth is that only God really knows what the future holds in anyone's life. Yesterday afternoon as I was standing by her bed talking to her she opened her eyes and reached for my hand. I am not sure if she knew who I was or if she will have a complete recovery. But I know this, she is already doing better than the doctor said she would. The truth is that as humans we sometimes give up hope, however God is the ultimate decision maker and is in control. They are going to start attempting to take her off of life support today. Do I know the outcome, no I can't say for sure, but I know this, God is in control and I will trust Him to do what is best. Thank you all again for your support and love. Pastor Jeff
