Ugg. whatever.
The worst part is we are having great weather all week! 60's and Sun by this weekend and I have 2 runs planned.
Oh well. I dont work work till next Tuesday from here on, so hoping I can get the rest I need.
In the mean time.. off to work. At least at this job I can kick my feet up a bit.

My FOREVER HEALTH Tape
I eat clean 80/20
I stay within my calorie range for my activity level each day.
I also have a snack or protein shake ready for me on my drive home from work.
I keep my pro/carb/fat ranges in balance every meal cause I know then I won’t have cravings.
I continue to be Flare Free of my MS.
I walk everyday.
On days that I run in the am, I walk in the eve.
I do not eat 2 hours before going to bed, so that my body can work on what it needs to during my sleep, rather than it having to work on yet, MORE digestion :)
I do pushups and crunches every other day to keep my muscles toned and cut.
I have the right to bare arms ;)
I weigh 138 and my silvers have no muffin top.
I am as tiny as I was in Florida, but this time I am smoke free!!
I am happy and at peace with my body!
