great choices saying no to fast food... be careful of the rotisserie chicken check the sodium.. sometimes it is soooo much and check the fat... baking your own chicken won't have all the salt... cheers on your choices

Hey girl! I got to watch this because I'm home on my laptop today. Normally I can't because I check Spark at work and I can't watch videos there. Great job with the salad fixings! I find I'm much more likely to eat salad if I prepare the stuff as soon as I bring it home! Have you tried spinach? Virtually no flavor and SO many more nutrients than lettuce!

If it had caffine in it, NO it doesn't count as water. And don't forget today's Challenge sweets..When I say drink ALL YOUR WATER.. I mean PLAIN WATER.. So good luck, I know you can do it.
Great job on your choices and not snacking. I'm proud of you! You sound WONDERFUL today.YAY good for you. A little hint on your Salads.. When you cut up all your lettuce and carrots. through them in a sick full of COLD WATER and add some Lemon Juice to it, let it soak for like 5 minutes. Drain it and it will help make your salad last longer through the week. Without getting wilty.
Don't worry about the Partner thingy..She knows how bad day's go adn she would NEVER think bad of you for not being there. THAT'S why we have Partners, to help.
So have a great week..REMEMBER it is a NEW DAY..So take it and do what you think you should in it. If you fall, just get back up. It's that easy my friend..Good luck at weight in.
