Doing better with eating, a little better with fitness and logging results.

It does help to join some challenges on our teams. It helps me remember to do better. I also set myself a limit to not eat after 7pm in the evening. I have done really well on this for 2 days now. I am also shooting to lose a pound or 2 each week for a goal. I think all of these things are helping me get back on track. I am also trying to support some of my teams more.
