My Babes of Summer 2010 Team has started a 60 challenge to successfully emerge from the holiday season intact and hopefully less of us to boot. I think this will be a good motivator to keeping up with things...
Day one
- 50 push ups - WHAT PUSH UPS
- 5 servings of veggies - OOPS
Day two
- 50 crunches - CHECK
- 50 push ups not done from yesterday - CHECK
- food goal - OOOOOPS
- 10 min kickboxing videa - CHECK, but OOPS - that's for day three
