Daily Goals:
1 - Complete Cathe's 4 Day Split Kickbox with Legs & Core workout: GOAL MET.
2 - Eat within a calorie range of 1850-2000: GOAL MET.
3 - Do not get stressed or emotional over work events: GOAL MET.
I give myself credit today for:
- Meeting all my daily goals today!
- Completing yesterday's workout and not allowing myself to take another rest day. I had lots of energy today so the thought didn't even cross my mind to not work out!
- Eating within calorie range and no junk food!
- Reviewing my goal affirmations several times during the day.
- Not getting stressed at work. Ever since I stood up for myself yesterday at work, I have felt so much more peaceful. It's almost as if I was carrying all this tension around all the time for years and by just speaking up and knowing within myself that I wasn't going to put up with stuff anymore (that's probably the difference from other times), it is all gone. I don't feel the tension that I always felt in the muscles...it was weird but really nice. I even had a bunch of crazy stuff going on and requests that usually drive me nuts but today it did not bother me at all. I didn't even think about not letting it bother me...and I had a great day!
