Father I thank you that I am able to possess my vessel (body). I thank you that I have the will to lose unhealthy pounds and make better food choices. Thank you Lord that I have an appetite and a desire for foods that will nourish my body.
Father, because you are always with me, I know that I am not alone in this. I claim victory over obesity; over-weight; and unhealthy eating habits.

Father, give me the wisdom to make the right choices for my body. And let your light of success, shine in me, that others will see my good works, and glorify the Father in Heaven. In Jesus name-Amen.
