YES! I have 30 day shred and BL Bootcamp! We should definitely start them ASAP! =) Keep up the great work! I did the same thing with not getting all my calories in! Weird. haha... Anyway... Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow!

Hey Kel, skip the calories if you are at the high end. If you want something, eat veggies...
You better keep up with it hehe.. You are doing awesome and the if you have the emails come to you, they will bring right to any post.
Now you might want to go to the CHALLENGE FOR ALL, and read some of those. Angela did a great job posting hers lol.. Exactly what we all need to do. lol

AWESOME JOB! i wish i HAD to eat extra calories :) haha. awesome job, and im glad today was a good day! keep it up chicka! and the 30 day shred was on demand the other day.. so i did the first one, it kicked my butt haha. i was able to finish.. but i was super tired after!
