    Great job on three days! I quit years ago, and the cravings go away eventually. The most important thing for me was to know that if I gave in just once, I would be right back into it. And I (and you) are worth getting that poison out of our bodies.
I like your videos, you are very cute. Of course being from the US, I love your accent. :) Keep up the good work! I'll be watching

    You are doing great! Quitting is hard, but it gets easier over time I promise.

    I smoked for 30 years. When I married my husband 16 years ago, I asked him what he wanted for a wedding present. He said, "I want you to quit smoking." And I did - cold turkey. Talk about the honeymoon from hell! I'm lucky he didn't divorce me on the spot!

  good luck! Quitting is one of the hardest things you can do. did it a couple of years ago. if you've got good people around you; you can do anything.
