Okay seriously I know I had a bad exercise week last week but the last five days I have been making it do what it do. I stayed within my calorie range I have been food tracking non-stop I said no to the cookies I almost ate at midnight last night, I've been a little better with my water intake. I really shouldn't complain because on Sunday the scale said I weighed 204lbs which technically means I lost about 4lbs since then.
I'm not going to wallow in this selfpity party and sabotage all my hard work I just have to make sure I work doubly hard this week so I can get back on track.
So starting today I am going to do anything and everything in my power to get all ofmy water intake in. Every time I get up I am going to drink some water. When I feel bored I am going to drink some water, When I want to eat something completely wrong I am going to drink some water.
