    You're doing great! I love how you are working exercise into your everyday activities, like taking the stairs.

I know what you mean about being overwhelmed with the site. I am new too, and feeling that a bit. I find that going through the sparkpoints list and doing some of those keeps me from feeling as if I don't know what to do next.

    I had to chuckle at your heavy breathing when taking the stairs! I do this every day - and I notice the difference even after only losing 27 pounds. I used to get REALLY winded and that just doesn't happen anymore! So keep the faith that it will all get better in time - and I absolutely LOVE your video blogs!

    You are just the cutest thing! I am glad that you are enjoying the site. :) I joined about two months ago and was overwhelmed with the site as well...I STILL haven't started tracking food. So you are one step ahead of me! *wink* I just wanted to let you know to go at your own pace and know that you will have support every, single, step of the way.

    Keep up the great work!! Definitely take the site slow. I started in May 2008 and was too overwhelmed and I quit. Just started again in Sept 2009 and have been taking it slow and focusing on a few areas of the site at a time. Keep tracking too =) Know your input so you know how much to put out!
Oh and keep on taking those stairs. By next week you will be amazed at how much better your breathing will be!
