I am such a huge fan of this show. I have never been so emotional watching the Biggest Loser than I was tonight. I mean I cried throughout the whole episode. I was so overwhelmed by everything going on in tonight's episode. I absolutely loved the first challenge. I love the support the firefighter's showed Allen, All the Amanda turned Daniel cheerers, I love how Liz makes everything comical, she is too cute.

Daniel made a very good point about sitting in a classroom for 8 hours with no physical activity. It's crazy i started to notice a change in PE and Recess in grammar school. I remember going to both gym and recess during the day but somewhere around 3rd grade PE got shortened from 45minutes to 30 minutes which was still cool because we still had recess. Well somewhere around 5th grade recess became obsolete so all we had was the 30min PE and 10 of those minutes were for changing our clothes so pretty much we were only 20 minutes of active PE. Then in 7th grade PE was not on our schedule and neither was it for 8th grade. High school was more of the same we only had to do a mandatory 1 semester of PE for all four yearsof high school. So Daniel's point of if you weren't an athlete you were pretty much SOL.

Then they had to go and play The Climb by Miley Cyrus during the first leg of the four part challenge. Ilove this song itpretty much sumsup this journey so many of us are on. The chorus is how I feel with everything in my life:

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb (yeah yeah ea ea)

Even though I didn't care to much for Tracy in the beginning of the show due to her manipulative ways, I was proud that she made it across the finish line.

Liz won the pop-challenge so she gotto take the people that came out and supported her to Subway and then she used her prize to sit out the second part of the challenge. The 6 that went on had to run up and down the steps to collect pennies and the first three to fill up the tubes went on to the next challenge.

The four that continued on from this challenge were Liz,Rudy, Daniel and Rebecca

I would have so failed the next part of the challenge, my balance is horrible I never knew how bad it was until I gotmy Wii Fit but I'm working on it because balance is very important. The two that moved on were Rudy and Rebecca, they weretold the first person to get to 206 steps wins immunity. Well they both startedout strong and tied but in the end Rebecca won immunity.

They went on to tour the White House Garden and made a huge salad in the White House kitchen. Man that salad looked good.

I love Jillian even though she likes excuse me LOVES to torture people. I love the last minute workouts. I Love Bob he is so motivational and he is so different from Jillian but either trainer is still effective.

Weigh in

Rebbeca lost 4lbs but had immunity
Shay lost 9lbs, she is out of the 400's Ya Shay
Tracy lost 3lbs
Daniel lost 11lbs that makes up for the last 2 weeks of bad weigh ins
Allen lost 9lbs
Danny lost 12lbs
Rudy lost 9lbs
Liz lost 3lbs
Amanda lost 7lbs

Liz and Tracy fell below the yellow line. Liz didn't really fight to stay and Tracy cried. I am so conflicted because nobody needs to leave but that is the natureof the game someone has to go home.

The contestants voted Tracy off, which was not that much of a shock I deo think she can do it more at home than Liz.

To date Tracy has lost 85lbs and is training for a marathon.

So tonight's lesson from the Biggest Loser comes from Tracy

"You have to finish what you start"

So I set out on this journey and I'm going to finish it.

Remember we can do this.-- Crystal

I don't watch the show but love your synopsis. Tracy is right we have to finish what we start.

I'm not surprised that Tracy went home. I think everyone was really mad at her for how she divided people up for the blue & black teams.

Missed the show tonight, will have to wait for reruns!
