THE CHALLENGE TEAM - WEEK ONE CHALLENGE
We will be targeting the core, upper body and lower body muscle groups. Each strength training exercise will be done every other day of the week (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) with 30 minutes of cardio of your choice following on that day and every day in between.

Crunches with twist:
Hip flexor:
Push ups:
Biceps curls:
Boxer:
Standing abduction:
Standing Adductions:
Squats:
Calf raises:
Mon – Sun 30 minutes Cardio
