Day 2 Biggest Loser Wii
I'm still in love with this game even though my arms are burning like heck. Today I decided to switch trainers. I had Bob for day one and I wanted to see what Jillian was going to throw at me. I'm not sure if I had a harder workout because I had Jillian as my trainer of it this was just the natural course of the game. I still have my workout set for intermediate, I was going to bump it up to expert but changed my mind. Today's workout was 30 minutes in length with two circuits. I got through the first and third parts okay but the middle section involved my nemisis: Planks and to add salt to the wound after planks were pushups and tricep dips. After circuit one I was all set to give up but the fit chick inside of me was screaming NO if you have to take a mini break between circuits so be it but you will complete this workout. You know what I did it, I drank some water caught my breath and prepared myself for round two.
Tomorrow is weigh day, no idea what the numbers are going to look like because I have refused to weigh myself all week which is not normal for me because I usually jump on the Wii Fit any chance I get to track my progress.
Even though my life is going through some drastic changes right now I am not going to get derailed from my goal.
