I decided to follow suite and create some goals for November. I am worried about the holiday season hitting as we have 3 birthdays as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas to celebrate in my household in the next 2 months. Hopefully, writing some goals will help me remember to get through the season healthy. I hope I can survive!
Goals:
- Lose 10 pounds
- Workout 6 days a week (rest once a week)
- Don't eat out more than once a week
- Sign up for a 10k (not run one, but sign-up for one in the January-ish timeframe)
- Read something inspirational daily
