NOVEMBER GOALS

I decided to follow suite and create some goals for November. I am worried about the holiday season hitting as we have 3 birthdays as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas to celebrate in my household in the next 2 months. Hopefully, writing some goals will help me remember to get through the season healthy. I hope I can survive!

Goals:

- Lose 10 pounds
- Workout 6 days a week (rest once a week)
- Don't eat out more than once a week
- Sign up for a 10k (not run one, but sign-up for one in the January-ish timeframe)
- Read something inspirational daily

    You CAN survive...just keep thinking positively, and you WILL do it! Your goals are great...you'll be fine through the holidays...if you ever need some extra motivation, you can count on me!
